ONE TWO THREE RELISH
1/4 cup orange pulp and zest. I like the decorative oranges from my potted orange tree, but most people don’t have one…so
1/4 cup seeded and diced cumquats.
1 cup finely diced red onions.
Salt, cumin, coriander to taste.
Jar it and leave it alone in the fridge. It will slowly pickle.
Serve with oil rich fowl…like duck.
